Return Policy

At Kehot, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel or return an item. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the procedures for cancellation and return.

Return Policy:

We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 60 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when they were received, and CDs, DVDs, and MP3s must be in their original packaging with the shrink wrap intact. All items purchased during a sale are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Process for Returns:

If you are returning an item by mail, please contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure that your return will be processed smoothly. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not have a valid RMA number displayed on the outside of the package.

We reserve the right to deduct from your refund all or part of our actual original shipping costs, regardless of the reduced or free rate you may have been billed.

Damaged Merchandise:

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us for an RMA number and return instructions. If the damage is due to faulty merchandise, we will replace the item or refund the full purchase price according to your wishes and product availability.

If the damage occurred during shipping, save the packing material and contact UPS to settle your claim. Unfortunately, orders shipped through USPS (international) are uninsured and cannot be reimbursed for shipping damage.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible to determine whether it is still possible to cancel your order. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

For cancellation, the surest way is to speak with a representative by calling (718) 778-0226. Sending an email or leaving a message does not guarantee cancellation.

Colors and Styles:

We make every effort to display our products' colors and styles as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the computer monitor's display of any color or style will be accurate, especially when it comes to leather items.
